With over 20 years in the telecommunications industry, I’ve worked in nearly every role from laborer, equipment operator, fiber technician, supervisory role and finally business owner.  Launching K5 Communications, Inc in 2010 gave me the opportunity to elevate my standards for quality while gaining deep, hands‑on experience in operations, leadership, and building a reliable, service‑driven organization.  Along the way, I earned advanced certifications like Certified Optical Network Associate and Certified Fiber Characterization Engineer, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for lifelong learning and a commitment to raising the standards of our field. I launched FiberTech Training to bridge the gaps in knowledge and preparation that can lead to setbacks and inefficiencies. My mission is to empower technicians and contractors with the skills, confidence, and expertise they need to deliver exceptional results.  Together, we’re creating a future where excellence is the standard and challenges are met with confidence.
